Thank you for shopping with AURRVIA. All orders are processed and shipped from our workshop in Florence, Italy. Below you will find important information about our shipping practices.


1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2 to 5 business days after payment confirmation. During peak periods, holidays, or for custom/made-to-order items, processing times may be longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and a shipping notification with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.


2. Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

Italy (domestic): Standard shipping, estimated 2 to 4 business days.
European Union: Standard international shipping, estimated 5 to 10 business days.
United Kingdom: International shipping, estimated 7 to 14 business days.
Rest of World: International shipping, estimated 10 to 21 business days.

Please note that these are estimated timeframes and actual delivery may vary depending on the destination, customs processing, and local postal services. Delivery times are calculated from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination and the weight/dimensions of your order. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time, which will be clearly communicated on our website.


4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, and other fees may be imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs. We recommend checking with your local customs authority for specific information about import regulations in your country.


5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your parcel. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of your order confirmation, please contact us.


6. Secure Packaging

All jewellery items are carefully packaged in branded gift packaging to ensure safe transit and a premium unboxing experience. High-value items are shipped via insured, tracked courier services for added security.


7. Delivery Issues

If your package appears damaged upon delivery, please document the damage with photographs and contact us within 48 hours. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will investigate with the shipping carrier.

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer. Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate at the time of checkout.


8. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, certain destinations may be excluded due to shipping carrier restrictions, customs regulations, or other logistical constraints. If we are unable to ship to your location, you will be notified during the checkout process.
