Return & Refund Policy

At AURRVIA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines your rights regarding returns and refunds, in compliance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the Italian Consumer Code (D.Lgs. 206/2005).


1. Right of Withdrawal (EU and EEA Consumers)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union or the European Economic Area, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date you (or a person you have nominated) receive the goods, without providing any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by sending a clear, unambiguous statement (e.g., an email) to the following address before the withdrawal period expires:

3. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- The item must be returned in its original packaging, including any certificates, tags, and accessories
- The return must be initiated within the 14-day withdrawal period (for EU/EEA consumers) or within 14 days of delivery (for non-EU customers, as a goodwill gesture)


4. Exceptions to Returns

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following:

- Products that have been personalised, custom-made, or engraved to your specifications
- Products that have been altered, resized, or damaged by the customer after delivery
- Earrings or pierced jewellery where the hygiene seal has been removed, for health and hygiene reasons


5. Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Contact us by email at kaluhewapriyantha@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We will provide you with return instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address we provide
4. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit


6. Return Shipping Costs

For returns under the EU right of withdrawal, the direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer, unless we have agreed to bear those costs or we failed to inform you that you would have to bear them.

For defective or incorrectly shipped items, we will cover the return shipping costs.


7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof of dispatch, if earlier). The refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time (typically 5 to 10 business days) to process the refund to your account.


8. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, at no additional charge to you.


9. Legal Guarantee (EU Consumers)

Under EU law and the Italian Consumer Code, all products come with a minimum 2-year legal guarantee against defects of conformity (garanzia legale di conformita). If a defect appears within 2 years of delivery, you are entitled to have the product repaired, replaced, or, if neither is possible, to receive a price reduction or full refund. Please contact us to report any conformity issues.
